Zeigt übersichtlich die Usability anhand des Suchprozesses und der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion mit den entstehenden Problemen auf. Die Autorin beschreibt, welche Evaluationsmethoden eingesetzt werden, um eine Suchmaschine zu optimieren, wo typische Probleme auftreten und wie sich diese auf die User Experience auswirken.
