Abstract

Aufgrund der gewachsenen Sensibilisierung der Öffentlichkeit und der Politik gegenüber industriellen Tätigkeiten, sieht sich die deutsche Industrie zunehmend einem neuen Phänomen gegenüber: Wurden bereits in der Vergangenheit verschiedene industrielle Praktiken kritisch hinterfragt, so ist diese Kritik in den letzten Jahren als Reaktion auf negative Ereignisse oder fragwürdige Praktiken gewachsen. Welche Rolle kann hier die Mediendokumentation für die Unternehmenspolitik spielen?
