Abstract
"Als Karl Steinbuch vor dreißig Jahren 'Die informierte Gesellschaft' schrieb, besaßen seine Leser Telefonapparate und Fernsehgeräte. Sie erwarteten Enormes vom Siegeszug der 'Elektronengehirne'. Sie fühlten sich informiert, und Steinbuch verlieh dem Gefühl Ausdruck. Heute spricht alle Welt von der bevorstehenden 'Informationsgesellschaft'. Das klingt ganz ähnlich wie bei Steinbuch damals. Aber es ist etwas anderes. Im Abstand meiner Generation folgt nun 'Teil zwei' der informierten Gesellschaft
