    Ausführungen beziehen sich auf die in der Schlagwortnormdatei (SWD) verzeichneten Sachschlagwörter im engeren Sinne, um Schlagwörter also, die der Wiedergabe von Allgemeinbegriffen dienen. Sie beziehen sich nicht auf Schlagwörter, die zur Bezeichnung individueller Gegenstände benutzt werden, als da sind Personennamen, geographische Namen, Körperschaftsnamen u.a.m. Sind diese Individualbegriffe Gegenstand eines Dokuments, so müssen ihre Eigennamen gemäß den Regeln für den Schlagwortkatalog (RSWK) in die SWD aufgenommen werden, die stetige Zunahme der SWD um solche Sachschlagwörter ist unumgänglich. Die Zunahme um Sachschlagwörter bedarf indes einer kontrollierten Verlangsamung, um dieses Vokabular weiterhin übersichtlich und transparent darstellen zu können
