Abstract
Forschungsmetriken sind bei Forschern eher wenig populär, zumal sie meist - als absolute Zahl - zur Beurteilung von Wissenschaftlern eingesetzt werden. Gerade die alternativen Metriken, die sichtbar machen, wie die Forschung nicht nur in der Scientific Community aufgenommen wird, sondern auch in der Öffentlichkeit, bieten jedoch Chancen abseits der Risiken. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt, wie solche Metriken vermittelt und für Forschende zugänglich und nutzbar gemacht werden können.
