"Als ich in "Open Password - Freitag, den 15. Dezember 2017" den Beitrag von W. Bredemeier: "Das Entschwinden der Branche" las, wurde mir klar, dass das "Monitoring the Information Industry" im letzten Jahrhundert vier wichtige Phasen durchlaufen hat."
