Abstract

States that the search facilities offered by CD-ROM are not always learnt easily by users. It takes a number of years of extensive experience to become a proficient online searcher. The number of users searching simultaneously is limited by the number of terminals. Additional staff are needed for helping although some uses acquainted with the system do explain it to their friends
