Abstract
MultiMedia, Information Highway, Datenautobahn und Neue Medien sind Hoffnungsträger, hervorgerufen durch eine technische Entwicklung, die vielen Herstellern zu schnell ging und jetzt bereits geschäftliche Konsequenzen zeitigt. Allein der Begriff Multimedia, der nachfolgend zur Skizzierung der Anwendungen verwendet wird, wird vielfach eingesetzt und hat inzwischen alle Aspekte eines modischen Schlagwortes.
