Es wendet sich an Führungskräfte, Unternehmensberater und Seminarleiter. Wissen wird in Firmen häufig unsystematisch, zufällig und eher informell genutzt. Dies führt zu Mehrarbeit und langwierigen Prozessen. Dabei ist Wissensmanagement ein entscheidender Faktor für den ökonomischen Erfolg eines Unternehmens.
