Abstract
Elektronische Märkte verändern die Geschäftsbeziehungen sowohl zwischen Unternehmen als auch zwischen Privatkunden und Firmen nachhaltig. Die elektronische Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen wird aber immer noch zurückhaltend betrachtet, weil bedeutende sicherheitsrelevante und rechtliche Fragen weiterhin ungeklärt sind
