Abstract
Die optimale Nutzung der Ressource Wissen ist von entscheidender Bedeutung im Unternehmenswettbewerb um MArktanteile. Bislang gibt es jedoch kaum Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im praktischen Umgang mit dieser immateriellen und damit vermeintlich schwer oder gar nicht steuerbaren Ressource. Dieses Buch gibt auf der Basis wissenschaftstheoretischer, technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen einen umfassenden Einblick in die vielfältigen Aspekte des Wissensmanagements - das Gewinnen, Verbreiten, effiziente Nutzen und Erhalten von Wissen. In den 12 Beiträgen werden zum einen betriebliche funktionsbereiche (z.B. F&E) und Gestaltungsfelder (z.B.
