Der Empfang von Fernseh- und Rundfunkprogrammen aus dem Internet bleibt bis zum Jahr 2003 gebührenfrei. Die Ministerpräsidenten der Bundesländer beschlossen am Freitag, auf Rundfunkgebühren für Computer zu verzichten, die solche Programme abrufen können
