Abstract
Die Arbeit im Internet, genauer gesagt: im WWW, ist mit Kosten verbunden, da zumindest Telefongebühren anfallen; bei manchen Providern müssen auch noch die Stunden bezahlt werden. Doch es sind nicht nur die Gebühren, die kostenmäßig zu Buche schlagen, sondern auch die Arbeitszeit. Diese Arbeitszeit ergibt sich aus den Suchzeiten und den Ladezeiten. Die Suchzeiten lassen sich reduzieren, wenn man statt zu surfen gleich die richtigen Seiten anwählen kann; die Ladezeiten kann man dadurch verringern, daß zumindest die Basis-Seiten lokal gespeichert werden. Für beide Fälle braucht man entsprechende Werkzeuge und eine Offline-Organisation
