Abstract
Der Beschluß des französischen Präsidenten Jacques Chirac, die Atomversuche wiederaufzunehmen, hat auch die benutzer des weltweiten datennetzes 'Internet' mobilisiert. Zum ersten Mal in ihrer Geschichte nutzt die Anti-Nukleartest-Bewegung die Möglichkeit, über das Internet Informationen auszutauschen, Resolutionen zu veröffentlichen, Unterschriften zu sammeln und nicht zuletzt auch dazu, via e-mail bei Chirac zu protestieren
