Abstract

Explains how Deutschland Radio, founded on 1 Jan 1994, has incoporated 3 prominent broadcasting stations,2 of them with a long tradition, together with most of their archives. Planning for the future of these archives is based on the fact that they are likely to be used intensively, and use and usability are therefore key requirements
