    Online-Datenbanken und Telekommunikation sind untrennbar miteinander verbunden. Ohne Telekommunikationsnetze kann man nicht auf Online-Datenbanken zugreifen. Da bleibt es nicht aus, daß unter den vielen Online-Datenbanken auch eine Datenbank angeboten wird, die über Telekommunikationsdienste Auskunft gibt. Die Rede ist von ODIN, einer Datenbank, die Informationen über die weltweit verfügbaren Text- und Datendienste bereit hält
