Abstract

Ist es Ihnen nicht auch schon einmal so ergangen: es ist 17.10 Uhr, Ihre Leitung läßt sich nicht mehr abbauen. Sie rufen das Helpdesk an, doch anstelle einer netten Person, die Ihnen schnell aus der Klemme hilft, vertröstet Sie der Anrufbeantworter auf die üblichen Bürozeiten zwischen 8.30 und 16.30 Uhr. Oder ein zweites Beispiel: Sie haben eine wichtige Anfrage an das Helpdesk zu richten und nach dem 10. Versuch endlich Glück und eine freie Leitung erhalten, um dann zu erfahren, daß der zuständige Spezialist diese Woche außer Haus sei und man da leider nicht weiterhelfen könne
