Proposes the development of SuperPAC, an enhanced online public access catalogue with features that allow users to better evaluate the wide range of information sources made accessible through new technologies. Discusses 2 types of OPAC enhancements that would encourage users to think critically about sources: the integrated availabiblity of electronic evaluation resources, and the use of improved and augmented MARC records
