Abstract

Countries opting to integrate in the international services economy may need help in developing their services infrastructure. With this understanding, international economic cooperation has shifted some of its attention to telematics and informatics. Discusses how information technology support is being envisioned in the scope of Uruguay Round Multilateral Trage Negotiations on Services and within the regional cooperation framework of African, Caribbean and Pacific countires vis-a-vis the European Economic Communities
