Abstract

Describes a low cost recording technology for production of CD-ROMs being marketed by Dataware Technologies. The system consists of a CD-ROM drive, device driver and pre-mastering software and allows CD media to be written locally at low volume and without use of a pressing facility. Describes advantages of CD-ROM as a medium and possible applications of the system
