Abstract
Neue Technologien der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik fördern die digitale Transformation in der Arbeitswelt. Da aufgrund der technischen Möglichkeiten neue Anwendungsmöglichkeiten geschaffen werden, die Einfluss auf die inhaltliche und prozessuale Arbeitsgestaltung haben, verändert sich sowohl die inhaltliche als auch die prozessuale Arbeit. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich insbesondere die Frage, welche digitalen Kompetenzen in welchen Branchen zukünftig benötigt werden, wie diese derzeit schon ausgebildet sind und welche Lernformen das Erlernen digitaler Kompetenzen erhöhen können. Die Studie zeigt, dass in allen Branchen die digitale Kompetenz der Informationsbeschaffung und der Kommunikation/Kollaboration am bedeutsamsten eingestuft werden. Mit Blick auf die Lernformen zeigt sich, dass Lernen insbesondere über Lesen und eigenständiges Lernen stattfindet und klassische Formen der Weiterbildung den Studienteilnehmenden weniger wichtig erscheinen. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser und weiterer Erkenntnisse werden Ansatzpunkte bzw. Denkanstöße für Organisationen abgeleitet.
