Abstract
Literaturdokumentation mit Hilfe rechnergestützter Spezialsoftware ist seit einigen Jahren auch für solche Einrichtungen interessant, für die früher solcherart Leistung aufgrund der benötigten Computerkapazität kaum möglich war. Unser Beitrag gibt beispielhaft Erfahrungen aus der dokumentarischen Tätigkeit der MasterMedia Beratungsgesellschaft für Kommunikation, einer PR-Agentur, und dem Engagement des Verfassers in der Aus- und Weiterbildung auf diesem Gebiet wieder. MasterMedia baut seit Beginn des Jahres 1992 ein eigenes Pressearchiv auf, verwaltet über die Dokumentationssoftware FAUST.
