Das Netz ist kein Raum, der jenseits der Machtpolitiken von Nationalstaaten existiert: Leben und Internet sind heute untrennbar miteinander verknüpft. Welche Auswirkungen hat das auf das Konzept der Staatsbürgerschaft, auf die Rolle von politischen Akteuren und Formen des Widerstands?
