Content: "10 Jahre DigiBib! Der Rückblick auf 10 Jahre Erfolgsgeschichte, aktuelle Anwenderberichte und der Ausblick auf neue Entwicklungen waren Thema der Jubiläumsveranstaltung am 12.11.2009 in Köln, die gleichzeitig das diesjährige Anwendertreffen der Digitalen Bibliothek (DigiBib) beinhaltete. Kundenbibliotheken und Partner feierten dieses Jubiläum im offiziellen und festlichen Rahmen. Seit dem Startschuss zur Digitalen Bibliothek NRW im Jahr 1999 hat sich die DigiBib von einem reinen Metasuchportal zu einem vielseitigen digitalen Dienstleistungsbündel entwickelt: von der Verknüpfung mit Lieferdiensten bis zur vollständigen Integration der Online-Fernleihe, vom Projekt Digitale Öffentliche Bibliothek bis zum Aufbau regionaler Portale in Stadt- und Kreissichten, vom Linkresolver für externe Anwendungen zur modularen Einbeziehung weiterer Dienste. Es folgten DigiLink und DigiAuskunft als integrale Bestandteile des digitalen Dienstleistungsportfolios, begleitet von dem fortschreitenden Aufbau des Angebotes digitaler Inhalte in der Metasuche und nicht zuletzt die aktuelle neue und barrierefreie Benutzeroberfläche im Stil der neuen Rechercheanforderungen. Web 2.0, Suchmaschinentechnologie und vollständig integrierte externe Dienste sind die aktuellen Rahmenbedingungen auf dem Weg einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung für und im Auftrag der heute 213 Kunden."
