Abstract

An den bayerischen FH-Bibliotheken werden flächendeckend Lehrveranstaltungen zur Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz eingeführt. Die betroffenen Kolleginnen müssen sich freilich erst in dieses Thema einarbeiten. Fortbildungen dazu werden angeboten - sind aber häufig nicht nah genug an den konkreten Problemen dran. Aus diesem Grund wurde jetzt ein neues Verfahren getestet: 15 Bibliothekare haben bei echten Lehrveranstaltungen in Ingolstadt, Regensburg und Ansbach hospitiert. Mit diesen Erfahrungen fand anschließend ein zweitägiger Workshop statt, als kollegiale Beratung und Expertenfeedback mit externer Moderation. Die Rückmeldungen waren sehr positiv, das Verfahren könnte Schule machen.
