Content: "Zu den Einrichtungen, die das Menschenmögliche leisten, gehört der Onlinedienst Wikipedia ebenso wie der deutsche Wetterdienst oder der Bundesnachrichtendienst. Durch die Bemühungen dieser drei Institutionen erfährt der Mensch aber auch, dass Vertrauen gut, Kontrolle jedoch besser ist - Sie wissen schon. Im Gegensatz zum wahrlich grenzenlosen Wikipedia-Angebot beschränkt sich das Operationsgebiet des Bundesnachrichtendienstes auf das Ausland. So regelt es § 1 Abs. 2 des BND-Gesetzes, und daran dürfte sich auch nichts ändern, sobald der BND 2013 nach Berlin umgezogen sein wird. Für den neuen Dienstsitz wurde soeben der Grundstein gelegt. Doch das ist nicht etwa der Grund, warum der Bundesnachrichtendienst sich im Visier von Wikipedia befindet. Der Wikipedia-Artikel über den BND ist so etwas wie ein 18-seitiges Dossier, wenn auch eines mit Lücken. Zeitgleich mit der Meldung von der BND-Grundsteinlegung hieß es über Wikipedia, dass die deutsche Ausgabe des Online-Lexikons gründlich saniert werden solle. Während der Wetterdienst mit der Wahrscheinlichkeit vertraut macht (Regenwahrscheinlichkeit in %), hat Wikipedia immer wieder schwer Last mit einer gewissen Fehlerwahrscheinlichkeit zuungunsten der Glaubwürdigkeit der Artikel. Vertrauen soll zukünftig dadurch erzielt werden, dass "fachkundige Prüfer" sachlich falsche Aussagen korrigieren. Nun hat Glaubwürdigkeit nicht zwangsläufig etwas mit Gerechtigkeit zu tun - man denke nur an das Wetter. Das Wikipedia-Problem wiederum berührt schon deshalb das BND-Problem, da es unter dem Stichwort "Getarnte Dienststellen" heißt, dieser Abschnitt sei nicht "hinreichend mit Belegen ausgestattet". Da jedoch an anderer Stelle des Artikels durchaus auf geheime Dienststellen hingewiesen wird, "insgesamt ca. 100, davon in Bayern ca. 70", darf man schon jetzt an des armen Prüfers Aufgabe denken. Denn was für den enzyklopädisch denkenden BND ein Imageproblem ist, mit dem dieser gar nicht geheim und vertrauensvoll genug umgehen kann, dürfte für Wikipedia ein Glaubwürdigkeitsproblem bleiben - mit drastischen Folgen. Glaubwürdigkeit hin oder Vertrauen her: Es gibt bei beidem keine enzyklopädische Gerechtigkeit."
