Abstract

Eine Studie erschüttert das Vertrauen in das allzeit verfügbare Internet: Im Jahr 2009, spätestens aber 2010, sollen wir nur noch mit Modemgeschwindigkeit surfen können. Schlittern wir wirklich ins globale Datenschaos, kollabiert das gesamte Internet oder ist alles nur Panikmache und heiße Luft?
