Abstract

Sowohl in der ASB als auch in der KAB gibt es sogenannte biographische und geographische Gruppen. Die KAB kennt darüber hinaus in den Begriffsbezeichnungen der vierten Gliederungsstufe noch 'Normierte Begriffe' für weitere Sachverhalte. In diesen Systematikgruppen werden einzelne Werke nicht nach dem sonst üblichen Verfasseralphabet geordnet, sondern nach den namen der Biographierten, nach Orten oder nach bestimmten begriffen. Diese Ordnung gilt im Systematischen Katalog ebenso wie bei der Aufstellung der Bücher im Regal. Seit der zweiten Jahreshälfte 1992 liefert die ekz in allen Katalogisierungsdiensten bei den entsprechenden ASB- und KAB-Gruppen die oben beschriebenen Begriffe
