Abstract
Generationen von Buchkundigen kennen Hillers Wörterbuch des Buches. Mit über 700 Stichwörtern aus den Bereichen Buchgeschichte, Schrift, Papier, Einband, Druck und Typographie, Buchhandel, Bibliothekswesen, Bibliographie sowie Urheber- und Verlagsrecht ist »der Hiller« das Standard-Nachschlagewerk für das gesamte Buchwesen und ein unverzichtbares Hilfsmittel gerade auch für Auszubildende und Studenten im Bereich des Buch- Lind Bibliothekswesens. Mittlerweile in der fünften Auflage erscheinend bietet das Wörterbuch des Buches Sortiments- und Verlagsbuchhändlern, Bibliothekaren, Lesern und Büchersammlern, Autoren und Kritikern, Druckern und Buchbindern vielfältige Informationen über ihre verschiedenen Fachbereiche unter Einbeziehung der Entwicklungen im Bereich der elektronischen Medien und Buchherstellungstechnologien
