Abstract
Mit dem Thema Wissensmanagement haben die Fragen nach der Eignung und Leistungsfähigkeit der computervermittelten Kommunikation eine neue Aufmerksamkeit erfahren. In dem folgenden Beitrag wird zunächst der Bereich im Wissensmanagement skizziert, in dem die computervermittelte Kommunikation (CMC) als Instrument zu verorten ist, um dann auf die damit verbundene Zielsetzung einzugehen. Nach einem Einblick in den Forschungsstand zur CMC werden abschließend Strategien skizziert, die den Wissensaustausch in Organisationen fördern können.
