Abstract

Strategien zur systematischen Informationsbeschaffung sind für Unternehmen ein Muss. Diese stehen vor der Herausforderung, den Zugriff auf Informationen aller geschäftsrelevanten Suchdienste im und außerhalb des Unternehmens zu vereinheitlichen um bei der Entscheidungsunterstützung Systemgrenzen zu überwinden. Aufgrund der hohen Dynamik von technologischen Möglichkeiten und Informationsangebot geht es darum, flexibel anpassbare und somit nachhaltige Lösungen zu schaffen. Das vorgestellte Rahmenwerk zur Informationsüberwachung (Monitoring) leistet hier durch präzise Prozessunterstützung und hohe Anpassbarkeit einen wertvollen Beitrag. Neben den etablierten Suchdiensten lassen sich auch die Semantischen Suchmaschinen von morgen bereits heute konzeptionell und auch technisch anbinden.
