Abstract

Der Aspekt der Sprache wird in der Diskussion um die Barrierefreiheit von Webangeboten vielfach vernachlässigt auch weil er zu den schwer überprüf- und bewertbaren Gesichtspunkten gehört. Der vorliegende Artikel soll einen Überblick über bestehende Anforderungen und Schwierigkeiten im Hinblick auf die Sprachgestaltung geben, Hinweise zu Gestaltungsregeln und Überprüfungsmöglichkeiten bieten und an einem Projekt aus der Praxis eine mögliche Vorgehensweise aufzeigen.
