Abstract

Das Europäische Patentamt hat die Vertreter der Patentinformationszentren und Patentbibliotheken der Mitgliedstaaten in diesem Jahr in die östlichen Karpaten, in das rumänische Touristen- und Wintersportzentrum von Sinaia zur PATLIB Jahrestagung 2005, einer Arbeitstagung unter dem Motto "Focus an Your customer" eingeladen. Alle Dienstleistungsangebote sollen auf die Wünsche des Kunden ausgerichtet sein. Mit 507 registrierten Teilnehmern aus allen Teilen Europas war der Kongress wie in jedem Jahr sehr gut besucht. Insbesondere aus den osteuropäischen Staaten, den neuen Beitrittsländern zum Europäischen Patentübereinkommen, waren viele Kongressteilnehmer angereist, um für ihre tägliche Arbeit Erfahrungen zu sammeln und ihre Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus anderen Teilen Europas kennen zu lernen.
