Abstract

Der Faktor Wissen spielt in der Wirtschaft eine immer wichtigere Rolle für Entscheidungsfindungen. Dabei ist wichtig, dass Unternehmen ihre vorhandenen Wissensquellen kennen, um sie effizient nutzen zu können. Interne Informationsvermittlungsstellen (IVS) können aufgrund ihrer Erfahrung im Umgang mit Informationen bei Aufbau und Strukturierung eines Konzepts für Wissensmanagement vongroßem Nutzen sein. Der vorliegende Beitrag soll als Vorlage für die Geschäftsführung dienen, um diese für die Bedeutung des intellektuellen Kapitals des Unternehmens einerseits und für die Beteiligung von IVS beim Aufbau eines Wissensmanagementsystems andererseits zu sensibilisieren.
