Abstract
Das 198. Plenum der Hochschulrektorenkonferenz hat am 05.11.2002 Empfehlungen zur Neuausrichtung des Informationsund Publikationssystems der deutschen Hochschulen beschlossen (www.hrk.de/downloads/Empfehlung Bibliothek.pdf). Die Arbeitsgruppe Bibliotheken der Ständigen Konferenz der Kultusminister der Länder in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (KMK) hat hierzu am 04.12.2003 eine von einer ad-hoc-Arbeitsgruppe erarbeitete Stellungnahme vorgelegt, die vom Ausschuss für Hochschule und Forschung am 19.12.2003 zustimmend zur Kenntnis genommen wurde.
