Abstract

Vor Kurzem startete auf wissen.de ein eigener Bereich für Kids. Unter www.wissen.de/bunt wird Spannendes, Wissenswertes und Unterhaltsames für Kinder und Jugendliche in der Kernzielgruppe zwischen sechs und vierzehn Jahren präsentiert.

"Im monatlichen Wechsel werden Themen aus Natur, Technik, Geographie, Astronomie, Alltag, Medien, Spiel und Freizeit geboten. An den Start ging das Portal unter anderem mit einem Trainer speziell für Kids. 35 knifflige Fragen aus sieben Themenbereichen - von Erde und Kontinenten, Tier und Pflanzen über Sterne und Planeten, Menschen und Völker, Fahrzeuge und Gebäude bis zu Erfindern und Entdeckern sowie Büchern und Filmen - warten auf die jungen User. Natürlich gibt es für die Besten auch tolle Belohungen, wie z. B. Experimentierkästen wie die Kosmos Brennstoffzelle oder Kosmos Future Technics zu gewinnen. Auch für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt: Bei dem lustigen Ritterspiel können die Kids und Jugendlichen ihre Geschicklichkeit unter Beweis stellen. Die Spieler wählen aus drei Schwierigkeitsstufen und dann heißt es, das Herz der Prinzessin durch Treffen der Schilder längs des Reitparcours im Sturm zu erobern. Weiterhin stellt wissende/ bunt jeden Monat Interessantes aus dem Tierreich, bemerkenswerte Rekorde der Erde, Antworten auf scheinbar banale Fragen aus Kindermund, Leseproben empfehlenswerter Bücher und Freizeittipps für die ganze Familie vor. Auch die EI tern finden hier hilfreiche Anregungen und Antworten für den nächsten Kindergeburtstag, Erziehungsfragen oder die gelungene Familienreise."
