Abstract
In den letzten Jahren haben multimediale, computergestützte Lehr- und Lernprogramme in der universitären Lehre und der innerbetrieblichen bzw. innerinstitutionellen Weiterbildung erheblich an Bedeutung gewonnen. So empfiehlt die Hochschulrektorenkonferenz im Februar 2003 den Hochschulen, vergleichbare Angebote zu erarbeiten und in die Curricula zu integrieren. In der Privatwirtschaft ist die Akzeptanz der neuen Lernformen deutlich größer: In einer Studie aus dem Jahr 1999 gaben 83% der befragten Großunternehmen an, computergestützte Lernprogramme für die Aus- und Weiterbildung zu nutzen. Dagegen spielen computergestützte Lernprogramme in deutschsprachigen Bibliotheken und Informationssystemen gegenwärtig noch eine geringe Rolle und es gibt wenige Beispiele für deren Implementierung. Im vorliegenden Beitrag sollen das computergestützte Lernprogramm der Universitätsbibliothek Lüneburg, das Studierende sowie Schülerinnen und Schüler in den Gebrauch des Online-Kataloges einführt, sowie mögliche Konzepte für dessen weiteren Ausbau vorgestellt werden.
