Abstract

Unternehmen verändern sich - heute mehr denn je. Knowledge Management und lernende Organisation sind derzeit die populären Code-Wörter für die Erfolgsprinzipien im unternehmerischen Wandel. An Theorien und Rezepten ist kein Wandel; doch was läßt sich davon in Praxis umsetzen? Welche Ratschläge führen zum Erfolg? Nach dem Aufbruch ins Wissensmanagement geht es jetzt für Information Professionals um die Richtung. Denn Wege in die Praxis des Knowledge Managements gibt es viele, Wichtig ist der Austausch über Erfolgsfaktoren und Stolpersteine auf dem Weg ins Wissensmanagement. Strategische Entscheidungen gründen auf solider Information und nutzen das Erfahrungswissen anderer. Information ist Wissen in Aktion.
