Abstract

Seit November 2001 gibt es einen "Wegweiser Bürgergesellschaft" im Internet. Erstellt wurde er von der Stiftung MITARBEIT, unterstützt von der Stabsstelle "Moderner Staat - Moderne Verwaltung" des Bundesinnenministeriums. Im folgenden werden die Idee und das Konzept des Wegweisers und das ihm zugrunde liegende Verständnis von Bürgergesellschaft vorgestellt
