Abstract

Auch eine relativ kleine Fachhochschulbibliothek wie die FH Iserlohn und Hagen muss sich heute den Herausforderungen durch neue Medien und Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten stellen. Studierende wie Lehrende wollen in zunehmenden Maße elektronische Medien nutzen. Das Intranet der FH bietet den Hochschulangehörigen bereits eine ganze Menge; daneben hat es aber auch Auswirkungen auf innerbetriebliche Arbeitsabläufe
