"Wegen der Vorzüge der UDC gegenüber der DDC und im Interesse der DDC-Anwender hält es die AG für wünschenswert, wenn die derzeit aktuelle maschinenlesbare Fassung der UDC, als Master Reference file vorliegend, in die deutsche Sprache übersetzt würde, um der UDC wieder die Chance zu geben, als modernen Klassifikationssystem im deutschsprachigen Raum mehr Verbreitung zu finden"
