Abstract
Online-Archive erreichen im Deutschland der Jahrtausendwende eine 'Informationselite' von professionellen Information Brokern oder Onlinern, die nicht mehr als schätzungsweise 10.000 Personen beträgt. Die theoretisch erwartete Position in der Informationsgesellschaft nehmen die Hosts nicht ein. Unsere zentrale Frage lautet: Bedienen sich die Online-Hosts eines optimalen Marketing?
