Abstract

The Agence Bibliographique Nationale has as its mission the collection of French publishing production, the work of bibliographic description and the provision of this for readers of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, publishing professionals and other users. Describes the quality management introduced in the department of the Bibliographie Nationale Française since 1995 in order to better satisfy the user demands
