Abstract
Im Herbst 1996 fand erstmalig eine vom DBI organisierte Fortbildungsveranstaltung zum Thema 'Retrospektive Konversion' statt. Die Vorträge wurden im Januar 1997 als 'DBI-Materialien 155' veröffentlicht. Im vorliegenden Band sind die Vorträge einer zweiten Veranstaltung zum Thema vom Sept. 1997 zusammengefaßt. Über Entscheidungsprozesse und Praxiserfahrungen im Zusammenhang mit der Retrokonversion berichten: Martina Ficken, Volker Roth-Plettenberg, Monika Brazda, Bettina Fiand, Andrea Mohr u. Irmgard Siebert
