Abstract

Nach 2 Jahren Rüttgersscher Zukunftspolitik schälen sich die Elemente einer technokratischen Neuausrichtung der Forschungs- und Bildungspolitik heraus: technologische Höchstleistungen, Wettbewerb, Dienstleistung, konsensorientierter Planungsprozeß mit der Wirtschaft. Die Einsparungen in seinem Etat schärften die Konturen der Forschungsprioritäten Rüttgers nochmals deutlich und zeigten, wie weit die Bundesregierung von einem Umsteuern in der Forschungs- und Technologiepolitik entfernt ist
