Abstract

Looks at the variety of challenges presented by the growing provision of broadcast materials through services such as the Internet. Suggests these may include changes to the internal structures of the broadcasting organisations; redefinition of archivists' roles; the need to integrate information retrieval and collection management; particular problems posed by older documents; and the need for rules on how to document multimedia productions
