Reports the launch, by Elsevier Science, of their OSIS (Ocean Science Interactive Series) range of electronic products, and their first product in the range: Atlas of the oceans: wind and wace climate. The atlas is a multimedia CD-ROM database which integrates reference text, satellite data and digital video sequences of the oceans
