Abstract

Discusses basic US principles of a retrospective conversion project as demonstrated in the Goldsmiths'-Kress Library of Economics Project. With the emphasis on the economic analysis of the projects, the cost structure of conversion projects in general is examined and a cost comparison study and a cost-benefit analysis is undertaken
