Abstract

Die rasende Entwicklung der Telekommunikation und Informatik ermöglicht immer besser die Überwachung des Alltags. Hightech und Videokameras kontrollieren Flüchtlinge und Fabrikarbeiter, Verbraucher/innen und Angestellte. Verwaltungsabläufe werden dank Online-Technik anonymisiert, die Verantwortlichkeiten für Pannen und Ausgrenzungen dadurch weniger erkennbar, auch der stille Sozialabbau wird so leichter durchsetzbar
