Describes the new features of an enhancements to PALS, a comprehensive library information system developed by a consortium of US libraries and marketed in South Africa by Unidata, focusing on the highlights in each of the following modules: OPAC, CIRC, ILL, ACQ, SER, Mail, Marc editor, authority files, reference database, text files, and the report module. Lists some developments for the next 2 years
